The process
The intro call is 30 minutes. No pitch, no pressure. Here's what usually happens.
You tell me what's going on
What communication challenge are you trying to solve? Is it a specific relationship? A pattern you keep hitting? A team dynamic that's slowing things down? I want to understand the actual situation before I suggest anything.
I share what I'm hearing
Usually I can identify the style dynamic pretty quickly and name what's happening. Often people find this valuable on its own — just having a framework for the friction they've been experiencing without a language for it.
We figure out next steps
If coaching or a workshop makes sense, we'll talk through what that looks like. If the free guide is all you need, I'll tell you that too. The goal is to figure out the right answer for your situation, not to sell you something.
Ready?
Let's figure out where to start.
30 minutes. No commitment required. Just a conversation about what you're working on and whether DiSC is the right tool for it.
